NO SERVICE FROM ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT

I have been trying to contact the ADT accounts department since the 14 January 2012. I have called the follwoing numbers on a nearly daily basis (sometimes up to 4 times a day); 0861212400, 011 259 3501, 011 321 4555 and 011 321 4575. I have been trying to get a response to an incorrect invoice on my account to the value of R723 in Dec 2012. I have left numerous messages with only one response, which wasn't even someone from the accounts department.

The service that I receive from the rest of the ADT Departments is excellent, but one would think that accounts would be efficient and as responsive as other areas.

This is extremely frustrating and is actually unacceptable. I am certain that I would have been contacted nearly immediately if my account was in arrears, but since I have a credit balance with a mysterious invoice no-one seems to care, even if the money gets taken out of the account for some unknown reason!!!
