Waiting for 35 minutes to be helped

I went to the Eastgate Branch to get a statement. There were 2 people behind the counter, the one lady helped 2 people the other one helped 1 person in the 35 minutes we (4 people) sat waiting for service. Eventually I was helped by the lady that helps if you want to see a Consultant.By the time I left she was still busy with the same person???

You cannot complain, who do you complain to. Everyone is on their own mission.
