This past weekend we purchased wooden floors at builders warehouse on Hendrik Potgieter, and was really happy at how quickly they helped us and everything. We were then given a stock list of t Pieces that they didn't have stock off and said they phoned Northriding and they confirmed they have 4 in stock. I was told that we should pick them up the following day from Northriding. When we got there after waiting for an hour for them to look for these things they came back with none. I then asked to speak to the Branch Manager and was helped by Mrs Edna van Eden. Rudest person I have come across. She said " we don't have stock we could have sold it to someone already, but yet it shows 4 in stock. I asked this lady if it was possible to get stock from another branch for me seeing that I was told it would be kept. Edna almost exploded and said "Justify why I need to get stock from another branch for you, my branch would not do the invoice" I do not think this lady is fit for her position, she obviously has no people skills. I will NEVER PUT FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN.
