HELKOM, NOOO NOT AGAIN!!!

My fault reference number is 267CTK190213. I have a 4MB ADSL line which can never go for two months without experiencing a problem. I mean I was lucky in Jan but not so lucky in Feb, I was lucky in September but not lucky in November and so it goes. I wonder whether they care to find out at all why the line is constantly breaking like that or whether they enjoy coming to my premises. When they do come, they go to 24 Stead Ave instead on 44 Stead Avenue, just further amplifying the incompetency and when they do this, they do not bother calling to ask if I am at the correct address, they update the fault to simply say "No-one at home". I wonder if Telkom is not just a gathering of incompetent minds who can never get one simple ADSL line working. Its a pity that the choices are limited but this service is plain shocking, especially when a business is bleeding cash!!!
