Blackberry sent for repairs/lost

My blackberry was collected by RAM courriers and shipped for repairs on the 3rd of December 2012, firstly it took Virgin Mobile since the 2nd of October to finally book it in, as they were trying for me to fix the phone myself with upgrades, all this was done and the problem remained, after logging several calls i got them to send the phone for repairs, i have still not had any feedback after once again making several calls daily just to be cut off... today i finally call RAM courries myself and am given a number for Elite mobile... i contacted Elite mobile just to hear that they only deal with Vodacom - so where is my phone? no one can answer this and in the meantime i am stuck. Who is responsible? no one seems to know... and what is done about it? absolutely nothing as no one seems to care at all and no one is trying to resolve this ongoing matter. lesson learned - Virgin Mobile just dont care about assisting their customers... in fact this is shocking!!!
