On 31 December 2012 I've handed my phone in at the the Paarl Mall branch.

The salesman told me that the phone will be ready for collection on 16 January. I

On phoning their technical call centre today the phone has never been handed in to them and still at the paarl mall store!

This means for 11 days that phone has been lying at the store.

The storeman said that they will have the phone ready on 16 January or before that. I've taken a day's leave to fetch the phone as I have taken off that day to fetch the phone in Paarl.

I have tried calling the store numerous times today on their landline 021 863 4346 it rings and go straight to voicemail and are full. THe mobile number provided by Paarl Malll 083 86914821 is also just ringing. What kind of customer service is this.

I dont want to drive from Cape Town to Paarl for a sorry excuse from a salesman.

I've also laid complaint on MTN's website this afternoon Req1611709.

This is really unacceptable and pathetic service. I've been a MTN customer for 14years and really feel to cancel my contract. I hope you can help cause I had it with MTN
