I moved from one location to another, so had to cancel my old services i.e. telephone and adsl line and internet services and get a new line and 3g in my area. The two ladies were both really quick to assist me to help me to get my line and internet access in time and I did truly appreciate it, but my old line and internet services is still not cancelled. I emailed both these ladies a couple of times already, and informed them that I still get subscription emails from Telkom daily stating how much data I have left which shows me my old services is still active, which should have been cancelled 18/12 already. I pleaded with them to come back to me or refer me to someone who can help, but they do not bother to respond, neither do they answer their telephones. Please note that our company will not be held liable for payment of use of our old lines as we moved our premises and I have proof of cancellation
