I had to give notice to cancel the contract as Cellc 's technician visited my house on 3 Occasions between Okt 2012 and Dec 2012, but could not rectify coverage issues. Technical department (Nathan) also supplied a report to TPHD to confirm same. I have been in regular contact with Cell C Paarl mall but they do not receive and feedback from TPHD regarding when their contract cancellation will be finalised even though they have confirm telephonically that it has been approved.
Considering that the phone was handed back to Cell C 4 weeks ago, I get charged for a service that I do not use anymore. I need PERSONAL from CellC to contact me and confirm when this contract will be cancelled! Please call me on my LANDLINE as I do not have a phone to use Cell C Sim...
