Ef: 77087-26 star fault - 13012013... What is happening on this fault report... nobody knows.. when you phone to complain about slow line, cracking noisy line all they can say we look into it.. some of us are not stupid we work in the it industry and know something about internet and connectivity..you cannot keep resetting ports,
i pay for a 4mb line but is lucky if you get 2mb, yet it shows connect 4mb but speedtest etc shows different..
pls i need my faults repair.. also why does it take so long for dsl repair call centre to answer calls.. maybe they are busy.. then it shows you how messup is the system.. telkom if you cannot repair or fix thing get out of the industry and let other companies offer adsl lines
