My adsl line was fast and extremely stable from day one and it has been for years now. But from 3 months ago the problems started around the time that upgrades were done. The line has become unusable at the best of times!! I have reported the fault 4 times now and after each time the line gets sorted for 2 days and then it goes back to the same problems. After the last fault report a tech came to my house and he did a speed test on the line. He started laughing and said "Im lucky I can even open the internet" the Ping was 628!! He never came back the next day like he said he would! Due to the nature of my job i am on the adsl line every single day for hours and it is now affecting my work because this line is too stuffed to use! Please help!!
