For months now, i have been asking MTN to email my statements and invoices instead of posting them, but for months I have not received any statements or invoices via email. So last week I telephoned the call center and asked that they email me my january statement and invoice since i did not receive them, the lady said she would update the system and have her supervisor send me my documnets. Yesterday, I had not received anything still, so I telephoned AGAIN, and again i was told I would receive my statement and invoice, the lady said by twelve, and up to now, I do not have anythin. For all I know MTN is making me pay amounts I don't owe seeing as I'm not getting a statement or an invoice for January. MTN, PLEASE EMAIL ME MY STUFF!
