NO STATEMENTS RECEIVED

I don't know if ADT can't afford postage, ran out of paper or both.

I have not received a statement since October 2012.

I have never received an invoice since I became a customer in April 2012.

Should I stop paying my account so that I can receive a "courtesy" call?

I am growing tired f the constant hassle to get the service I pay for.

I sent an email to your new service, that was two months ago.
Maybe the gremlins ate my email.

I need statements, and I needed them yesterday.
