Failure to communicate and repai

I applied for a data package two months ago through ALtech auto page blue route. I was informed that the contract was activated. I have still not received a number from them in order to get this contract functioning. I am continually having to phone the branch to obtain feedback as to what is going on, only to keep been told that ALtech Autopsge head office has still not got back to them. My concern is that I am been billed for a contract that I do not have any use of. I have also had a problem with a phone that I took in for repairs that took 4-5 weeks to repair! Needless to say after this length of time we were advised to collect the phone and it had been repaired. We collected the phone and still have the exact same problem. I have been advised to bring the phone in again and have been told that they cannot supply me with a loan phone! This is totally unacceptable! I have tried speaking to the head office but continually get the run around from them. The consultants in the call centre continually give you different information on every occasion, surely they are meant to be trained and professional. Shocking company! The one hand does not no what the other is doing!
