I gave notice on one of my contract numbers since I ALWAYS have problems with Cell C. The remaining two numbers will also be taken away from Cell C. The contract for 0844422444 ended end of Aug. I am not suppose to be paying for this anymore as I pay in advance? Since then I am still paying for this contract.
I have requested for months now to obtain invoices from Cell C for my account. Every time I get confirmation from Cell C that this is correct and I will receive my statement via email. No luck. This is now ongoing since early this year. What more do I need to do to get the statement and invoice from Cell C. Maybe this is a way not to show customers what exactly are we paying for.
To spell out this complaint. Two (2) issues.
1. Paying for a cellphone contract that expired 0844422444
2. Not getting statements via email or post for the last 6 months or more.
