ABSOLUTELY NO CONTACT

I bought a 1 gig data contract from Vodacom. Once that expired - i upgraded to a 2 gig data card. I went into the branch and upgraded my contract. All the paperwork was filled in with my physical/postal and email address. Over the next couple of months i never received ONE INVOICE/STATEMENT/EMAIL/LETTER OR any correspondance from Vodacom. In December i realised the card had been blocked. I contacted Vodacom to complain - only to be told that i have been in arrears from July (i think it was) and i now owed them -R3500.00. WHAT??? I told them how could that be when i hadnt received one invoice or statement. They confirmed my details over the phone and told me that the computer showed that invoices were sent out? SO TELL ME WHERE DID THEY GO? WHO IN THERE RIGHT MIND IGNORES INVOICES SHOWING ARREARS WHEN IT IS STILL SMALL ENOUGH TO SORT OUT?? But rather waits until it reaches R3500? Please dont insult my intelligence! I have now been forced to pay R650.00 a month to get the arrears amount down - i am now cancelling the contract and have agreed to R650.00 for an additional 6 months, so my name can be clear! I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE INVOICE OR STATEMENT?? Please help me!!
