Hi

I ordered a phone with mtn on line and they delivered it on the 7th of February 2012, so i was not happy with the phone and i took it back to MTN in morning-side as it was still within the cool off period.

the guy at MTN gave me a reference number and said that the contract will be cancelled in 24hrs. so on Friday i phoned in to check if it has been cancelled only to find out that its still active. when i call the call center i get no help - they transfer me from one person to another.

this is really not on, MTN is such a big company and the service should be topnotch and not this pathetic
