Ignorance and lack of information and willingness

Hi bough a Micro sim for my new Ipad4 a week ago from your Waterfront Store.

Have been struggling for more than a week to setup my Ipad 4 as a hotspot.
To no avail. I have google and googled and no info was found except that the problem is with the cellular company.

I have been to your Tygervalley branch. Sorry we only do sales we have no knowledge that is a technical matter??? Oh and you will have to go to Canal Walk??? Why??
So I phoned Canal Walk what a mission if you select data and technical if you switched to another call centre. Here they ask for your a number, I tried my heita number but that did not work. After 4 calls I called again selecting sales. Yet again I was told to come in to Canal Walk. That is ridiculous? Now I have to travel from Durbanville to Canal Walk to have my Ipad setup. Surely that is not so technical that I have to drive so far??? Alternatively I could call a 081183, a cell phone number for my bill and they might be able to assist over the phone.
Why must a fairly simple setup be so complicated to do? Gosh if I knew I would never have gone to 8ta. Luckily I did not sign up for a contract!!! That would have been so stupid!!
