I originally had a problem with my Voice Mail not working. After 2 calls to the Mtn call Center they advised me that if I was not needing my Dual SIM I should cancel the secondary number.

After having to log 2 technical calls it eventually got cancelled. I left for the UK on the 13th Jan and while abroad they cancelled my Dual SIM on the 15th Jan BUT they cancelled my primary number. This caused my line to be down the duration of my international visit.

When I Landed on the morning of the 20th Jan I called MTN and they apologized for the inconvenience and would correct it asap. 2-24 hours. Monday morning my line was still not active. Called again apology please wait 2-24 hours.

I eventually called at 16:30 that afternoon (hold for 20 min) got put through to a supervisor (Rabelani) who said the only way he can help me is if he walks over to the technical team. He called me back at 17:30 and said he has escalated to the manager and it will be resolved by Tuesday morning.

Guess what - Tuesday morning my line still down (1 week later). after a further 2 calls i still do not have an active line! How can i fix this?
