On the 3rd Feb I visited vodacare canal walk and spoke to mark cable re renewing 3 corporate contracts. I was informed that as he would need to get verification from head office and would get back to me the next day.

On the 6 th Feb still no word I contacted the store and was told he was busy so left a message. That afternoon I got an email stating that their servers had been down since Monday. Over the next few days a few emails were passed among us and on Friday 8 th Feb was told all was approved but no stock of phones ordered and they should be in on Tuesday being 12 Feb.

On the 13 th not having heard anything mailed mark, no response. Mailed again on the 14th, no response. Called store and left message on 18th, no response.

This is not the first time have ordered new phones and upgrades from voda stores and am still waiting.

I have even started recommending to clients to change to 8-ta due to shocking service they have also received from vodacom employees.
