On the 07 December 2012 I gave written notice of termination of contract in person to CellC. to date it has not been proceesed, and I am still being billed for a service that I no longer want, nor use. When I called in to follow up on Friday the 15 February 2013, the call center agent told me to go to the store where I served notice, and get written deatils from them as to why they did not process my cancellation... REALLY now???
Can CellC really not just process my cancellation and refund the billing over the last 2 months, without me doing all their work for them?
