2months since upgrade and I still no correspondenc

I upgraded my cell phone in December of last year. At the time of the upgrade the branch did not have stock of the spare battery i was supposed to receive with my 9900. The consultant then advised me that as soon as stock arives he will contact me. i did however advise him that i am situated in Gauteng and if i could not just collect one at a store here or at the Head office in Midrand which he then explained that they are all franchises and this is not possible. I then told him no worries, i can get someone in CT to collect it and then courier it to me. 2 months has passed. i havent heard a word from Vodacom, and its rather upsetting as i've never received shoddy service from Vodacom at all. I contacted the branch on monday past, left a message with the receptionist for a consultant to call me as they were all busy at the time of my call and im still waiting on a call back. Pathetic service from Vodacom!!!
