So, after my Tablet broke on the 26th of November and I wrote my complaint about Vodacom it seems that people are just trying to make you happy via email and telephone. But once you have to go in store you get treated rudely. The consultant actually told me that with the products Vodacom get it is unlikely that it would last the full 2 years of the contract. Interesting! He put my tablet on charge and said it is charging just fine with their cable. i asked if he wouldn't keep it on charge and see if it is not just the cable then I could get it back sooner as i'll be there the whole day. He just stared blankly and didn't respond. I just received a call from the repair centre and they quoted me on replacing the cable. Unfortunately the accessories is not covered in the warranty... I don't really see the charging cable as a accessory but more as a necessity. I said fine I will pay for it and send someone to collect it this afternoon where her response was sorry we don't have any in stock. It will be here by Tuesday. She called the other stores upon my request to get it through them... which will be 5 times more than getting it by them even though it is also a Vodacom shop.
