Dear Vodacom,
I have logged several complaints about dropped calls and crossed lines.
It has not been resolved. The last time I logged a complaint, the consultant told me it was my phone.
Well, I have since replaced my phone, and still neither me not my family could get call through...
Sometimes, in a middle of a call, a pre-recorded message will play, telling me to recharge my account. Even though I'm on a contract.
Vodacom has been a leading SP for many year, but it's going downhill quick.
