Since last year 2012 we have been logging complaints at Vodacom Customer Care - no signal/dropping of calls signal comes and goes as it pleases. Various complaints were logged without feedback or a solution up to date. We are paying for a service that we don't get. Even while reporting the complaint the phone dropped 3 times.
