Contract Sim Swaps

Hi

I see some people who have complained about having to pay for a their contract sim swap on top of their monthly fees have been getting assistance.
I also need that kind of assistance, I have two cell c contract that im not using because of the expensive sim swap costs. last month I was mugged and unfortunately didnt have insurance on my BB9320, Im still paying my monthly subscription though but cant pay for the expensive sim swap.
