It seems everytime i recharge, i have a problem with Cell C. As it stands now, 18 Feb 2013 17:35, when I do a *101# balance enquiry, it shows I have 01h30m free mins available, yet when I want to make a call, it tells me to recharge. I bought this bundle last month for R100 via Internet banking and then the problem started again. I have called the help desk several times, but to no avail have received any joy so far. The last time i called i got a reference number, CyGZkWvCZsyRm1, and i got an sms 5 days later to say that the problem has been resolved. Well, it wasnt. I am glad i only took a 6 month contract with Cell C, coz I now see how this service sux.
