Cellc customers service is bad, how long does it take to reactivate a cellphone number, Sisa flatela told me to do a sim swap, i have tried that millions times with no luck .how can i do a sim swap when the number i want to swap does not even exist on the network, when i call 140 every 1 create a case for me. Becase the sim card i want help with is not valid so they cannot swap it. I dont know what is happenig to my bank accounts at the moment. I cannot ask for banking statement every day for updates. If you cannot help me why dont you hand my number back to vodacom, i spoke to them and they said if they get the number back they can help. I am regreting porting to cellc, if you want me to pay please tell me
