Cannot even renew my contract - again!

Two months ago I called the call centre to find out when my contract renewal is due. No one ever came back to me, and I had to come complain on Hellopeter, before they gave me a call. It was noted that my renewal is due 01 March 2013, and they said that they will make sure that they call me on that day. It came and gone, and no call from Virgin Mobile.

Now again, I have to phone them to renew the contract, but when you phone the call centre, they say that they will phone you back. 3 Messages left this week, no one has phoned me back... Yet again, I am forced to come and complain on Hellopeter.
