Phoned Virgin Mobile, on my Virgin mobile phone & number, to their SUPPOSEDLY 123 FREE Customer Care number, after my BBM & Whatsapp application was not working just to realise that I was actually CHARGED for a service they advertise on their website as FREE!!!
"Customer Care:
To get hold of us, dial 123 FREE from your Virgin Mobile phone..."

Disgusted knowing that I actually paid for a suposedly free service!!!
