Accidental dissconection of cell numbe

I Fatima Cole cancelled my contract on the 20th November 2012 and requested that my number gets converted to prepaid, the consultant then informed me that my number will be disconnected by the 23rd December 2012.
They told me it will be converted on the 28th of December 2012 and on that day it was disconnected completely and since then Autopage has promised me to wait 24 - 48hrs everyday i spoke to them and now it has been 2 weeks and my number still not connected and now they say its pending and no-one can tell me exactly when my number will be activated.

I have been left frustrated due to me not getting any business call from most of my clients and have been running up cell phone bills in calls to autopage for 2 weeks now. The numer they have disconnected is 084 2065472
