After complaining, after buying out my contract at Autopage and after making several more calls I am still NO closer to having my Autopage account closed and my number converted to Pay as you go. My cell phone number is a vital part of my income and has been for well over 15 years. I can not move on without having the number released but autopage just keeps on coming up with more excuses
VODACOM - your name is in the middle, if this account is not converted I will take my bussiness to a provider who actually considers a loss important. Why does any company allow another company to embaress themselves in this way.
I am waiting for a reply Autopage, this situation is going to turn nasty and it is not needed
