Autopage was instructed to convert a contract cell number to prepaid on the 15 november 2012. On the 31 december 2012 cell number was not given back to me on prepaid, but was recycled to anaother user. All my personal info is now going to a total stranger. I logged calls to the jhb centre of autopage on the 2nd, 5th and 7th of january. Cancellations dept was not prepared to take responsibility for their error. They did not adhere to the 90 day period of to not recycle the number.
