Annoying Persistent Calls and Rude Agents

I have been bombarded with sales calls from MTN call center agents and have received up to 5 in one week!
They are rude and inconsiderate - not asking if I have time to talk and being so persistent that when I say I am not interested they start arguments about why i would not be and call back up to ten times after i put the phone down.

Today was the final straw when a call center agent called me saying he wanted to confirm i am still with MTN (which i am not and never have been, which I'm sure he knew). When I said no he then took it as an open door to find out about my contract with Vodacom and when i told him he was rude for not asking if i had time to talk he said he would call me back. I said no don't and he just put the phone down!

It is a complete invasion of privacy and if I ever considered moving to MTN (because i am wanting to change providers) this is a hug deterring factor and I will NEVER be using them in the future.
