I was called previously by this Agent and could not talk and she has kept on trying to get hold of me. Well today I could talk to her and she called at 09h08 and asked if I am interested in the 8ta mobile packages. I replied I am currently with cell C and she questioned me rudely and then hung up on me.
Now are call centre agents not supposed to be polite and try and bring business in. Well Telkom your agents have a lot to learn as they are very rude and I cannot see how you are supposed get any business if this how your call agents handle the public. Its is the most disgusting attitude I have ever had from any call agent.
TELKOM YOU NEED TO ADDRESS THIS AND QUICK OR YOU ARE NOT GOING TO SURVIVE IN THE CALL CENTRE WORLD... THE SERVICE IS DISGUSTING!!!
