I've been using Cell C's data packages for both my laptop and my iPad. I've used them now for 3 years. Previously I haven't had problems, but in the last 4 months the data coverage has been terrible. It says I should have full coverage and my 3G is working properly, but my apps using internet connectivity won't run and say there is a problem with my connection. Every time I want to use the internet I must turn my mobile data option off and back on and this doesn't always work. It has become beyond frustrating.
