Wrong Contract

I dealt with a pleasant young girl called Michelle who i emailed on various occasions to provide me with a new data package. She was well informed and suggested the 3 gig unlimited light package. I requested this package for me personally as well as the 2 gig package for my Dad. This is where it all went wrong. I have been billed over R6500 in the last three months that was supposed to cost me no more then R900.00. I have battled for the last two months to rectify this issue with no result. The Manager is Ronald at the Northmead square and to date has not rectified this issue as there seems to be no sense of urgency. He has however forwarded this on to account services and it is impossible to speak to anyone that can help. Everyone just forwards this problem on to someone else. I want to cancel my contract with them because if this is the service they provide then i want out.
