I have tried to cancel my account in dec 2012 and was told i need to pay 30-40% of my outstanding fees. I have requested my contract to see how long my contract was for and was ignored. I posted onto hello peter and was told I would get a reply back with my contract.
6 months down the line and still no reply!!! I am now getting calls from Debt collectors because i managed to reverse a debit order!!
