Bad Service and Non-response

Fatima simply ignores emails and does not have the courtesy to reply when emailed. I still await a detailed technicians report on my my Blackberry cell phone LCD screen stopped working. I was informed it was due to a fall. Yet I have an independent report stating that it cannot be stated without doubt that that may be the case.

I expect a refund for the repairs I had to pay to have the screen replaced and furthermore the requested and promised report.
