WAITING ON A REPORT

In the past 12 months I have received the most appalling service from Vodacom, even though I have been with them for over 16 years.
Bought a new Blackberry in December last year.
In June it was sent in as the scroll ball stopped working. The full front part of the phone was replaced. Even though per CPA the phone should have been replaced as it was less than 6 months old
In November I sent the phone in again. Bearing in mind this phone is only 11 months old.
This time the screen lock button stopped working. This forms part of the phone that was replaced in June!
They are claiming liquid damage, even though the phone is working perfectly. Besides the screen lock button not functioning. I cannot get them to confirm that they actually looked at the fault, or if they spotted the so called liquid damage and just want to charge without actually looking at the fault.
I refused the repairs and am waiting for a report from the Technicians. I have called the repair centre 4 times this week and am still waiting! Job Number 9380893-10265672.
At this stage Vodacom will be losing a long standing client!
Este and Lavonne have both promised I would receive something. I am still waiting!
