Good day, When the initial repair was done on my New Blackberry, (see my previous Hello Peter report) they "replaced" the cell phone. There was a line accross the screeen and when the customer service agent called me to check if my query was resolved, I advised her that there is a line across the screen but unfortunately I could not take it in again due to Cell C taking up 8 weeks to repair so I lived with it. 3 weeks ago I had a problem with the fone and the colour running and screen damaged. I handed the 6 month old cell phone in again and this time I only receive a SMS stating that a quote of R891.45 was received on my device and that I should contact 084140 should I accept to reject. No feedback or explaination for a phone that is under guarantee/warranty. Cell C is a rip off and I personally would not touch them again. There customer service is disgusting and they pull you in with "cheap" deals and then you start paying. Don't fall for Cell C deals. They there is not afterservice or back up.
