Incorrect report

I sent my phone for repairs as the phone is insured. after some days I got a report from the report center and not knowing about phones I signed for a incorrect report, which is that my phone was damaged due to water which isn't so, because my phone fell and the screen broke. now the service provider told me I have to pay two excess amounts due cause off liquid damage which is not true
