Schocking service at Garden Route Mall's Vodacom

9 February 2013, I went into the 4U Vodacom Shop to apply for a new contract. Within the next 2 hours my contract was approved and I received my phone. They really did everything to accommodate me.
10 February 2013, I went to the other the technical store and waited for half an hour to purchase a phone cover. The staff were rude and kept disappearing into the back of the shop (not to attend to any customers) while there were so many people waiting.
11 February 2013, I realised that my phone did not vibrate at all. I was sent to the technical store so that they could check it. When I arrived at the technical store at 17:05 the cashier sarcastically asked if I had rebooted the phone when I told her about my problem. She then explained that their technicians left at 17:00 and that I would have to come back. All shops in the mall close at 18:00 during the week.
12 February 2013, I returned my phone to get a new one. They assured me that I would have my new phone no later than Friday. They phoned on Monday and said it would take 7 more days. I told them i would cancel my contract to which they replied "do what you want, thank you" and hung up.
