POOR... POOR... POOR... SERVICE

I took out a 3rd contract and a Samsung S4 from Vodacom Vangate Mall on the 7th June 2013. After a day it rebooted while taking a picture and it happened about 3 times in 4 days. I took the phone back under OBF on the 13th June 2013. They sent it away for testing and returned it no fault found. I collected it on Monday 24th June 2013. The phone rebooted again on Tuesday. I emailed them and this was the response from the MANAGER "Sorry to hear and read your dilemma, I'm not the Best person to deal with technical problems".
I then contacted Samsung directly and took my phone to them in Canal Walk. It took them 2 min. to decide, they will be replacing the motherboard. They gave me my phone back and will call me when they have the parts. I am still waiting on a reply from Vodacom Vangate Mall. Vodacom Customer care called they will need my phone another 7 working days to assess, then decide to replace or not. I told them if they not willing to replace with no questions ask I am not taking it back to them. They can take their service in sick it up their. My next contacts will not be with them.
