I upgraded my contract at the store in Sandton City and they did not have the latest pricing, they charged me a monthly subscription of R489 for a 32GB iPad 4 on a 2GB internet package when I could of got a 64GB iPad4 on a 32GB internet package for R469. Also the 32GB iPad4 on a 2GB internet package is advertised for R419.
I logged a call with MTN customer service (808) on the 13 Feb, reference 97034405 and till today I have not received a call from the Supervisor. Today I called customer service and was told there are no supervisors and managers in the office, pathetic service, the call center agent could not even provide contact details for a manager to assist.
Im tired of calling the customer service number (808) everyday for assitance only to hear there are no supervisors available or they are on other calls and an escalation is sent for the supervisor to call back.
Please improve service and attitude. Its not that difficult, e-mail the latest pricing to all stores!!!
