NO RESPONSE on my pre-order of iPhone 5s 32GB

My pre-order reference number is N1GADF.

I pre-ordered the iPhone 5s 32GB on 8 Nov. I was told I would be called in 24 hrs time but no one called.
I tried calling the call centre and kept holding for available operator for more than 30 minutes each time I called and still I din't get through to speak to an operator.

Yesterday someone called me about my order but his line was bad and I could not hear him, he said he would call back in 5 mins but still he didn't call me.

I expected good service with regards to my order especially from Vodacom.

Can you please get someone to call me to finalise my order?
