At MTN the customer is always wrong. Issue ref no. 97034405 is still not resolved. I went to the store in Sandton city and its becoming stores blaming each other and the customer. Certainly not upgrading my other contract. Ridiculous customer service from the regional manager, customer care 808, mtn store. I guess they know that if the customer complains and they don't do anything about it the customer will eventually give up.
