Spoke to someone at the call center and ordered my SAMSUNG GALAXY I9505 32GB for R399.00 on the straight up 100 package. I also confirmed with the lady that I spoke to that that was indeed the phone that I was getting.
Recieved: SAMSUNG GALAXY I9500 32GB
Phoned back to rectify and organise that I get what was promised. I had to wait for voice recording and for the supervisor to call back. The supervisor also promised to send the recording to Walmer Park branch so that I may contact them to listen for myself. None of this has materialised.
Phoned again and (waited a long time for an answer so I called numerous times - pathetic) eventually got through to someone who just wanted to collect the phone (and then leave me stuck without a phone) and then put me through to another department (hold some more).
I phoned again today and spoke to Phindiwe who says that her supervisor says that I could not have gotten a 32GB since that hasn't been introduced to South Africa yet (even through that's not the point - well done cell c for digging yet a deeper hole for yourselves). She said she will phone me back (I highly doubt it).
I have wasted so much time/effort/money and still have a problem
