I understand that what happened you call it a business rule, but it doesn't help me as no one told me anything about Business Rules...
My Concern is that, I paid Full Amount (& I'm still gonna pay) for my subscription (which I didn't get) plus the other additional service of 300MB. Now If the additional service has been deactivated, then why am I not getting my Original Subscription Back?? Why do I still have to pay full amount for it when its not what we agreed upon???
