Virgin Bills me twice AGAIN

I have been billed twice by Virgin Mobile over the last 2 months. They bill me my normal amount then they bill me and additional amount as well. Also I paid one of my numbers in full in July and i have still had to pay for the handset and the subscription cost over the last two months? what is going on Virgin, I've never had such sloppy service as this and when I've called or emailed no one has come back to me. I'm going to take this matter further if it is not sorted out. This is not what i signed up for.
