FULL BILLING WHEN AGREEMENT WAS TO FREEZE ACC'S

I had a financial problem and decided to be proactive and called Virgin Active on 25 Oct 2012 asking them to freeze my accounts for Nov/Dec and Jan13. I spoke to Mpuzi who sympathized and promised to freeze the necessary accounts (3). When November's FULL subscription was deducted I again called and spoke again to Mpumie who claimed that I had not called in and she would go through the recordings of the phone calls and get back to me... She never did. The same thing happened in Dec and Jan. But by Dec I left just enough in the bank to cover the small freezing amount... it bounced as they wanted the full amount. I have since heard from them weekly wanting full payment. I feel I do not owe them for Jan 13 or Feb 13 as they took more money than was agreed upon in Nov and Dec. I now also owe my bank for the bounced debit orders, a total of R200.00
I want this subscription for all three accounts cancelled with immediate effect. I have no desire to deal with these people anymore.
